Shipping Guide


How long will my order ship?

In general, if the product is not out of stock, the product will be shipped after 24 hours.

Most of the products we produce are short-run and boutique styles... they are usually not reprinted once the product is out of stock.

Depending on the production of the project, it may take 2-3 weeks to leave our warehouse based on the final production.

All orders shipped within the US usually arrive within one to three weeks. Depending on the efficiency of the local postal service, delivery may take only three days.

International shipping times range from 2-4 weeks. Fyuanhui does not ship some orders, only when all goods are in stock, your order will be shipped. You will receive an email notification if the item is out of stock.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping is based on what is in your cart and where it's going to. To check shipping for an order, simply place the items you want in your cart and head over to the checkout page.

WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER YET ( WHAT DOES PROCESSING MEAN) ?

Processing means we have successfully received your order and charged your payment method! The order is being prepared to ship and once it does, you will be automatically e-mailed a tracking number.        
       
Most orders are processed in 3 working days, but orders may take up to 10 business days to be processed. Shipping can then take up to 9 business days.        
       
For made-to-order items, please expect your order to ship 15 business days after your order is placed.        
       
If an incorrect address was provided, your order could have had an attempted delivery and been returned to our distribution center. If this is the case, a fyuanhui representative will contact you as soon as it is received and processed.

ARE TRACKING NUMBERS AVAILABLE?

Yes, we email tracking numbers for all domestic orders and international orders (once an international order leaves the USA, the tracking with only be updated upon delivery). To look up the status of your order and retrieve your tracking number, visit your account page. When every order leaves our shipping facility a tracking automatically gets sent to the e-mail associated with the account of purchase.
